What You Need to Open a Mailbox:

Two forms of ID are required (one must be a photo ID like a Driver’s License or Passport)

Birth Certificates, Social Security Cards, and Credit Cards are NOT accepted as valid forms of ID.
Mailbox Sizes:
- We currently offer small mailboxes at our Spartanburg location.
- If you receive packages that won’t fit in your mailbox, don’t worry! We will securely store them for you and notify you via email or text.
Your New Address:
- No P.O. Boxes here! You’ll receive a physical address, ideal for business or personal use.
- Your new address will look like one of the following:
